The Screen doesn't appear centered
You likely have the version bundled in Toddler Play and Learn. We are not the manufacturers of Toddler Play and Learn. We licenced babyWOW to a company called Topics Entertainment and they in turn manufactured it to create the Toddler Play and Learn package. When they manufactured the babyWOW CD-ROM, there was a production problem that created a bug for certain PC users. Althought the Toddler Play and Learn is not our package, we have been working on a fix. Unfortunalty, a downloadable fix is not practical at this time due to the size of the files, the fact that the CD starts automatically without going to the hard drive, and the "record once" nature of CD-ROM. We are making a replacement CD available to customers of Toddler Play and Learn for $.01 plush shipping and handling. You can order it from a vender we trust by clicking here. Again, we are not the manufacturer of Toddler Plan and Learn and you should refer to the package for other warrenty information.

Why does babyWOW! appear to start twice on my PC? babyWOW! automatically starts once you put the CD-ROM in the drive on vertain PCs. If you double click on the drive icon before it goes through the start-up process, it runs a second copy. The solution is to let the product start on its own.

The colors are all wrong in the "Colors" activity on my PC. Several video board manufacturers cause the colors to load differently from the standard. That causes the colors to vary slightly from display to display.

Why do the pictures look grainy on my computer? If your computer can only display 256 colors, some photographs will look grainy because there are not enough colors to present the a crystal clear image . Check to see if your computer can display 16 bit(high) color by going to the Monitors Control Panel on the Mac or the Display Settings in Windows. If your computer is unable to display 16 bit color, the only solution is to upgrade your display card.

I am experiencing crashes on my PowerPC Mac. Some PowerPC Macs with early version of system 7.5 tend to produce crashed in general. These versions of MacOS were buggy. You should upgrade your Mac OS at http://www.apple.com.

Sounds don't play on anything other than Vocabulary and Photo Album sections. You don't have enough memory to load the sounds properly. Either reduce the amount of software loaded onto automatically or purchase some additional memory.

Sound doesn't play on my PC or PC laptop. Because babyWOW! runs completely off the CD-ROM, it is slow to start. After people double click, they sometime double click again thinking that the product hasn't started. When this happens, the product is started twice, the sound gets confused, and it doesn't play. This solution is to wait after you double click once.

When I start the product, it just crashes. Either your computer does not meet the hardware requirements for the product or your CD-ROM may have a manufacturing product. Please email us.

It shows the wrong picture for "sailboat". Early versions of babyWOW had this bug. If you would like a corrected version, please email us.

When my child presses the "Windows Key" on my keyboard, every thing comes to a standstill. We have a small utility that solves this problem. Please request it from us via email. babywow 2000 automatically takes care of this issue.
